This pins are a great way to make sure your pig, lamb or goat stays securely fastened to the spitduring the cooking process. If you are using or considering buying one or our rotisseries or spits, you can only use these effectively with our 1 spits included with our XB100 rotisserie system or larger. If you have your own spit, YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE HOLES DRILLED THROUGH YOUR SPIT at least 3 8 in diameter.
These are made from stainless steel threaded rod and come with 2 wing nuts and oversized fender washers for continuos tightening capability and a cap nut to help drive the pin through the meat.
