This adapter extension kit is engineered by Rotary to be used on any Rotary lift with flip-up adapters. This flip-up adapter extension kit is designed for use on 2019+ Wide Frame GM Trucks. The kit includes (2) wide front adapters and (2) standard width rear adapters.

These adapters fit over your current flip-up adapter feet.  They re engineered to be placed over the current adapter and index a hole.  There are two different adapters in this kit: one set for the front of the vehicle (where the frame is wider); and one set for the back of the vehicle which is a little taller.

These adapters are used for 2019 (and later) GM trucks, such as:

• 2019 Chevy Silverado
• GMC Sierra 1500
